Eye Catching Trade Show Displays

Eye catching displays

If you want to bring in new customers it is critically important that your trade show display booth be eye catching. Since many trade shows have hundreds, even thousands of trade show booths on display, you do not have a very long amount of time to catch a potential customer’s eye and attract them over to learn more about the products and services that your company offers. How can you take the most advantage of this limited amount of time? With an eye-catching trade show display, that’s how!

If you have a simple message it can go a long way toward attracting the attention of potential customers. Too many messages may confuse potential customers and they will likely decide to move on to another booth with a simple message. It is also a good idea not to try and advertise for too many of your products on your displays. It might be better to give information about all the different products and services you offer in a promotional brochure or in conversation once you have drawn the person to your booth. This will allow you to give a more in depth explanation of what you offer. The basic purpose of your actual displays is to give people a general idea of what you offer and get across your message. If you do this effectively, customers will be interested and want to know more.

An important part to being able to follow up on customer interest is to provide them with the information that they need about your different products and then provide them with contact information. Even if you don’t actually get to talk to the person, you should have readily available cards or brochures that provide the necessary contact information. If this is attractively displayed in professional brochure holders or business card holders, it is more likely to make a favorable impression on potential customers.

Clear, easy to read text and clean, simple graphics are very attractive. Nobody likes a message they have to strain to read or graphics that they do not understand. While confusion may bring some people over to ask questions, starting off by confusing a potential customer is not the best way to build a working relationship. When you are deciding on a company to print your banners and other graphics, make sure that you see examples of their work since there are few things more disappointing than ordering something and then receiving a product that is nothing like what you expected.

Remember that the most important role that your trade show displays need to fulfill are catching the attention of potential customers as they pass by and providing the information they need to contact you after the show to learn more about purchasing your products and services. If your trade show display successfully fulfills those goals, you can consider it a success. The result will be an increased customer base and a big boost in sales. The time and effort spent in putting together an eye catching trade show display can pay off in rich returns.
